Under 12s vs. St Matthias (away)

Put into bat at the lush surroundings of the St Matthias ground, our top four did what they have done for most of the season and gave us a platform from which to win the game. Felix (27*), Kyle (10), Alfie (21) and Finley (26*) took us past 100 in the 16th over, with Brad adding 5 and Charlie and Matthew running fast to take the total to 126 for 3 from the 20 overs.
A ripper from Matthew second ball did for one of their openers, and he had the other out a few overs later. St. Matthias rallied for a while and Josh reached 25 for the second time against us. Some great bowling from Felix and Kyle slowed the scoring right down, then Luke, James, Louis and Charlie put in a good shift, with the highlights being 2 wickets in 2 balls from Charlie, and figures of 2 for 2 from Louis. St Matthias finished on 71 for 7, giving us another well-deserved win
